Crooked Stance is a UK-based craft gin brand. References to ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ throughout this document refer to Crooked Stance.
1. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to access this website and purchase our products. By entering the site, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service where we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.
We do not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. It is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under 18 years of age.
2. Our Products
Crooked Stance sells limited edition craft gin bottles featuring original artwork, refillable pouches, and branded merchandise. Each bottle release is a limited edition collectible, and availability cannot always be guaranteed once stock has sold out.
Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display colours and details accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the actual product.
All gin products are sold as described on the relevant product page, including ABV, flavour profile, and bottle size. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price. We will send you an order confirmation email upon receipt of your order; this does not constitute acceptance.
Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where products are out of stock, where payment cannot be processed, or where we identify an error in pricing or product information.
You are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including your delivery address, are correct at the time of placing your order.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; however, any change will not affect orders already confirmed by us.

Payment is taken at the point of order. If payment cannot be processed, your order will not be fulfilled. For Klarna purchases, separate terms and conditions apply as governed by Klarna. Please review these directly with Klarna before using their services.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within the timeframes stated on our website. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific period, particularly during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. If you are placing an order from outside the UK, please contact us before ordering.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with every Crooked Stance purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
We are unable to accept returns on alcoholic products that have been opened. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with details and supporting images where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Refillable Pouches
Our refillable pouches are designed to reduce waste and extend the life of your Crooked Stance bottle. Please follow the usage instructions provided with your pouch. We accept no liability for any damage or spillage resulting from improper use.
8. Limited Edition Collectibles & Charity Bottles
Certain Crooked Stance releases are produced in strictly limited quantities. Once these sell out, they will not be restocked. We make no guarantee of the future availability or collectible value of any product.
We partner with Woodgreen Pets Charity on selected limited edition releases. All proceeds stated as going to Woodgreen from those specific bottles will be donated in full. Details of each charity release will be clearly communicated on the relevant product page.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, imagery, artwork, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Crooked Stance or our licensed artists, and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
The original artwork featured on our bottles is produced by independent artists in collaboration with Crooked Stance. All rights in that artwork remain with the respective artists and Crooked Stance.
10. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for anyone who breaches these terms or uses the site in a way we deem inappropriate.
While we make every effort to keep the website up and running, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for any downtime or technical issues.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crooked Stance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter where it would be unlawful to do so.
